Account activation

After successful registration and login, you need to fill out a card usage survey to activate your account.

If the information provided meets the criteria for automatic activation, the system will activate your account automatically; if it does not meet the criteria, your account will go into manual review, and you will need to contact customer service by clicking on the online service button in the lower right corner to provide more information.

Please note that the following usage scenarios are not suitable for using vmcardio.com:

A) A large number of small transactions: referring to an average transaction amount of less than $3 after activating the card;

B) A large number of failed transactions: due to reasons such as insufficient card balance, card freeze, or continued authorization transactions by merchants after card deletion;

C) Low incoming rate: incoming rate = number of successful transactions / total number of transactions; a large number of authorization cancellations and transaction failures will lead to a low incoming rate.

D) Usage scenarios suspected of fraud: such as consumption in Lyft, Uber, Steam, etc.

If any of the above situations apply, please do not activate your account to avoid the risk of subsequent risk control freezing causing financial loss.
