Statuses of Consumption Records:
Title | Description | Note |
Settlement Completed | Card balance decreases (card spending) or increases (spending refund).
Pending | Transaction intermediate status: This status changes to "Settlement completed" or "Transaction failed" after a specific time.
Transaction Failed | Card balance remains unchanged. |
Summary:
Only after settlement is completed does the card balance undergo a real change (actual transaction success).
During settlement, the card balance usually has a specific amount frozen, which cannot be unfrozen but must either wait for the acquiring institution to complete settlement or be revoked. (If the freezing period exceeds one month, you can contact the respective merchant to request revocation or contact us for investigative support).
Transaction Failure: In this status, the card balance does not change; a high volume of transaction failures is prohibited on the VM platform.
