Card List

The card list page allows for quick viewing of primary information such as card number, expiration date, and card CVV, and most operations can be performed on the card.

Now, the operation instructions are as follows:

Top-up: Refers to adding funds to the card, with the balance deducted from the VM account balance.

Refund: Refers to refunding the balance on the card back to the VM account balance.

Freeze: Refers to freezing the card (locking the card), after which the card will no longer be able to make transactions at merchants.

Delete card: Refers to permanently deleting the card, and the balance on the card will be returned to the VM account balance. (If there is a balance on the card, it will automatically be returned to the VM account balance after the "delete card" operation is executed)

Other explanations:

Available balance: Refers to the balance inside the card that can actually be used for consumption (excluding frozen balance); the card balance on the list page is not updated in real time. To check the real-time card balance, you can click on "Card Details."

Card Details: Click to view card detail information: card information; card financial data; card consumption data.
