Card consumption record inquiry

There are two methods for querying card consumption:

A) Inquiry on the card details page: Click on "Card Details", and then click the "Inquiry" button at the bottom of the page. The page information is updated in real time, and the latest card consumption data can generally be synchronized 1-2 minutes after the consumption.

You can filter by date range, consumption type, and consumption status.

The interpretation of consumption status is as follows:

In Settlement: After the merchant initiates consumption and requests payment deduction, if the deduction is successful, the status will be displayed as "In Settlement", and the corresponding consumption amount is deducted from the card as "Frozen Balance". The settlement usually completes within 1-7 days.

Settlement Completed: For transactions "In Settlement", once the settlement is complete, the consumption status changes to "Settlement Completed", meaning the deduction was successful.

Transaction Failed: If consumption clearing fails, the consumption status becomes "Transaction Failed", and the card balance remains unchanged.

B) Access to the consumption record list to retrieve all card consumption records within the account: Click on "Consumption Record" to enter the card consumption record list.


This table is local data and does not update the latest card consumption data in real time. To obtain the latest card consumption data, you must enter the card details page for inquiry.
