Facebook (Meta) Personal Account Card Binding Tutorial

Using a Facebook Personal Account for Advertising: A Guide to Using a Dedicated Virtual Credit Card

1.Log into your Facebook account and click on the Ad Manager on the left side.

2. Click on "Create Ad".

3. Choose the objective of your ad.

4. Fill in the ad information.

5. After creating the ad, choose the payment method. I use a credit card for payment. Here, I use a virtual card from a virtual card issuing platform.

6. Enter the cardholder's name, card number, expiration date, and security code. Manually enter these details as copying and pasting may be detected by the risk control system and mark your account as high-risk.

7. Fill in the credit card billing address. Typically, for a VCC issued in the USA, it will have Address Verification Service (AVS), and the billing address must match the actual address on the VCC. For non-USA issued VCCs, the address can generally be filled arbitrarily without issues.

For more information on AVS, refer to: Essential Knowledge for VCC Users

8. Binding successful.

9. After successfully creating the ad, click on review and submit for approval.

10. Pass the review.

11. Click the button to start running the ad.
