How to inquire about the FB verification code

VM system offers two methods to query FB verification codes (card real-time transaction records):

A) Card Details Page Query

Enter the card details page, find the card tied to FB, and click on “Card Details” to enter the card details page.

Under the "Card Transaction Query" tab, click the "Query" button and the page will automatically refresh to show the latest transaction records. The FB verification code is displayed in the "Merchant" column, usually in the following format:

The middle four digits represent the FB verification code, which should be entered into the FB platform.

B) Entering the FB verification code page for queries

In the upper left corner of the page, enter the card number and click “Search” to find the corresponding verification code on the page.

Common issues:

1. After refreshing the page, the latest transaction records do not display?

Wait for 1-2 minutes and refresh again; if there is still no display, it might be due to card anomalies or transaction anomalies, and you can only wait and try again.

2. There are new transaction records, but no verification code or abnormal verification codes are present?

A very small number of FB accounts may have issues receiving verification codes. If transactions are initiated by FB merchants but cannot display properly, you must re-bind the card or change the FB account (i.e., abandon the FB account); the inability to receive FB verification codes usually occurs with FB accounts using the currency IN based on data statistics.

3. A large number of FB accounts or cards can’t receive verification codes?
