Contact customer service, provide the card number and describe the abnormal situation of the card. The customer service will provide feedback to the issuing bank for handling (the card status is "Suspended" due to risk control reasons suspended by the issuing bank's risk control department, can only be manually processed to lift the risk control).
There are two ways to solve this:
A: The card is reactivated and continues to be used normally
B: The card balance is returned to the account balance, and the card is cancelled
