Real-time consumption record inquiry

For scenarios that require real-time access to card spending data, there are two ways to inquire:

A) Card Details Page Inquiry

Click on "Card Details," and then click the "Inquiry" button at the bottom of the page. The page updates information in real-time, and it usually synchronizes to show the latest card spending data within 1-2 minutes.

If you still cannot access the latest spending data, please wait a few minutes, refresh the page, and click the "Inquiry" button again. If there are any issues, you may also contact online customer service for assistance.

It is possible to filter by date range, type of spending, and status of consumption.

The format of transaction records with verification code is as follows:

B) FB Verification Code Page Inquiry for Latest Spending Records

For scenarios involving Facebook advertising services, if real-time inquiry of card transaction records (including FB verification code) is needed, go to the "FB Verification Code" page, enter the card number, and click "Search" to immediately access the card spending records that include the FB verification code.

If you are unable to obtain the latest spending records after a long time (no FB verification code displayed or other errors), please contact online customer service for feedback.
