A) Card status abnormality: A card cannot be refunded if it is in an inactive state such as frozen, canceled, or locked; if the card status is "frozen", you can unfreeze it before carrying out the card refund. If the card status is "suspended" or "risk control locked", you can contact online customer service for assistance.
B) The card has unsettled consumption: If there is unsettled consumption on the card (with frozen funds), the "card refund" cannot be performed, you may wait until the consumption is settled before proceeding.
C) Card reconciliation anomaly: If there is a card reconciliation anomaly, the card cannot be refunded due to system risk control reasons. You may wait one day before retrying.
