Reasons for card top-up failure are as follows:
A) Abnormal card status: Card freeze, card being risk-controlled, or card cancellation all lead to unsuccessful card recharge; users can click on card inquiry to check real-time information of the card (card status and card balance).
As shown, the card status displayed on the card details page is real-time (the status displayed on the card list page is not updated in real-time). Solutions for abnormal card status are as follows:
If the card status is "frozen," you can unfreeze it and then recharge;
If the card status is "suspended," it means the issuing bank has locked it due to risk control reasons, and customer service should be contacted for resolution (solutions include: unlocking again or returning the card balance and then canceling the card);
If the card status is "canceled," the card cannot be restored for use. If there are any issues with card reconciliation, contact customer service for assistance.
B) Card balance exceeding the limit causes recharge failure:
Card numbers 529587/538738/526144/414822/417969 are limit cards, with a maximum card balance of $350 (including frozen balance), as shown:
Frozen balance: The amount pending settlement after a successful consumption authorization (or consumption refund authorization), usually settled within 1-7 days. Available balance: The actual amount available for consumption (i.e., the consumption amount must be less than the available balance to be successful); if Card Balance + Recharge Amount > 350, it will lead to a recharge failure (exceeding the card limit of 350), and you can try again after reducing the recharge amount.
If the card limit leads to usage restrictions, you can use other unlimited cards within the system; unlimited cards have usage requirements, and privileges are granted only if the usage scene and card data (consumption failure rate, consumption refund rate, etc.) meet the criteria.
C) Network fluctuations or other accidental reasons
If the aforementioned reasons for failure are excluded and recharge still consistently fails, contact online customer support for assistance.
