TikTok Ads Card Binding Tutorial

Below is a brief introduction to the card binding payment process.

Log in to https://ads.tiktok.com/i18n/dashboard, click on Payments–Top Up, and a card binding page will pop up:

Choose either a credit card or a debit card and enter the relevant card information.

Billing address filling instructions: Select Hong Kong for the country or region, and fill in any street address and postal code (generally any five-digit number will suffice).

Once the information has been filled in, click “Make Payment”. A page will pop up asking for the payment password:

The payment password is the 3D password, which can be accessed in the VM backend card details, typically 741258.

After entering, click “SUBMIT”, and you will see the payment was successful:

Within the VM system, card ranges supporting 3D passwords such as 4181/5295/5261/5387/4179 all support TikTok Ads top-ups. Other card ranges have not yet been tested.
