The following usage scenarios are not suitable for vmcardio.com:
A) High volume of small transactions: this refers to an average spending amount of <$1 per card after activation;
Specifically, this includes types such as:
Numerous low-cost orders on platforms like Aliexpress (orders under $1 per transaction): a single card experiencing a high volume of low-priced transactions;
Other types that involve only card binding without real consumption or large numbers of low-cost transactions. (If uncertain, please contact online customer service for communication)
B) High rate of transaction failures: refers to failures caused by insufficient card balance, card freezing, continued authorization requests by merchants after card deletion, etc.
Specific behaviors to be aware of include:
1. Subscription-type purposes: For instance, monthly charges for services like Amazon Prime, Youtube subscriptions, ChatGPT subscriptions, etc., where there is a recurring monthly deduction – it is crucial to maintain a sufficient balance on the card! If a subscription-based platform account is not being used, ensure the card is unbound from the merchant's platform beforehand!
2. Facebook Ads/TikTok Ads for deducting advertising expenses: Our platform only supports the normal use for deducting advertising expenses, and intentionally refusing payment (due to insufficient card balance leading to transaction failure) is strictly prohibited. Specifically, if a single card has a failure rate exceeding 50%, there is a risk of cancellation; and if the failure rate of all cards in an account reaches a certain threshold, the account may be frozen. In cases where you cannot unbind a card from FB after an account becomes inactive, do not use card locking & freezing tactics. Instead, permanently delete the card using the "delete card" method (after deleting, FB will stop requesting payments after a few failed attempts). In summary: VM platform can accept normal FB deductions, and a certain proportion of refused payments (transaction failures); intentional refusal of payment (transaction failures) or a majority of transactions being refusals (transaction failures) are unacceptable and will lead to account suspension.
3. Other types of high volume binding without real consumption: such as Amazon brushing leading to numerous transaction failures etc.
If any of these scenarios apply, please contact online customer service to discuss and confirm appropriateness of use and to recommend suitable card segments.
