As shown in the figure, the reason and solution for the following information prompted by the FB account
Facebook, in order to verify whether the card balance of the payment card is sufficient for charging, will initiate an authorization of a varying amount (without actually charging). If the authorization is successful, it will cancel the authorization shortly thereafter without impacting the account. If the authorization fails, the information above will be prompted.
How to avoid this:
A) Try to maintain a larger amount in the card (balance greater than $300)
B) If an authorization failure occurs as prompted above, you can top up the corresponding payment card to ensure the card balance > authorization amount; after completing the card recharge, go back to the FB advertising backend, and click "Retry".
C) If the above methods do not solve the problem, you may try to add a payment card again or deactivate the FB account.
