Account Balance Withdrawal Related Questions?

Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests for account balances submitted by users are generally processed within 3 business days. In specific situations, such as abnormal spending on the account (a large number of chargebacks, numerous small transactions, cards with unsettled transactions, etc.), the withdrawal request will be temporarily suspended until card transactions are settled, and no new card transactions have occurred before a withdrawal can be made. If card transactions remain unsettled for an extended period, please contact customer service to assist in resolving the issue.

The following are exceptional accounts that need to meet specific conditions to apply for account balance withdrawal:

A) If the total account chargeback rate >50% and there are card transactions in the past 30 days (any type of card transaction), a withdrawal request cannot be submitted. (i.e., if the total account chargeback rate >50%, the account must not have any new card transactions for the past 30 days to successfully submit a request.)

B) If the total account deposit is <500, it is required to have no new card transactions in the past 7 days.

The overall principle is that to apply for an account balance withdrawal, all cards in the account must be unlinked and authorization for consumption stopped, and there should be no new transaction records recently (even if the card has been deleted or canceled, but not unlinked on the consumption platform, any new authorization record will prevent withdrawal).

Even if the account is exceptionally frozen by the system, the conditions mentioned above still need to be met to apply for a balance withdrawal.

If you have any questions, please contact customer service for assistance.
