Account cannot be activated?

After successfully registering and logging in, you need to complete a card survey to activate your account.

If the information provided meets the requirements for automatic activation, the system will automatically activate your account; if it does not meet the requirements for automatic activation, your application will be manually reviewed, and you will need to contact customer service for further assistance by clicking the online customer service on the bottom right corner. If the information provided does not meet our usage requirements, the account will not be activated.

Please note that the following usage scenarios are not suitable for vmcardio.com:

A) A large number of small transactions: referring to an average transaction amount of <$3 after card activation;

B) A high rate of transaction failures: due to reasons such as insufficient funds, card freezes, or merchants continuing to request transactions after a card has been deleted;

C) Low rate of successful transaction entries: rate of successful entries = number of successful transactions/total number of transactions; a high number of authorization cancellations and transaction failures will lead to a low rate of successful entries.

D) Usage scenarios suspected of fraud: such as consumption scenarios with Lyft, Uber, Steam, etc.

If any of the above situations apply, please do not activate your account to avoid potential losses due to subsequent risk control measures freezing your funds.
